Human Resources Business Partner II

Brief Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Plant HRBP to support HR operations and employee engagement for our manufacturing facility in Ambernath. The role partners closely with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Leadership, and Corporate HR teams to drive workforce effectiveness, employee experience, compliance, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on the shopfloor, managing contract workforce challenges, supporting employee relations, and driving HR programs that contribute to productivity and operational excellence.
