Job description

You will join our Global Capability Center (GCC) as a Reporting Analyst supporting HR Technology & Insights across multiple regions. This role is responsible for managing both ad-hoc and recurring reporting while supporting the transition to automated, standardized, and globally scalable reporting solutions. You will play a key role in defining reporting requirements and developing automated, parameter-driven reports within Oracle HCM, enabling a more efficient and self-service reporting environment.
