Job description

The Trade & Experiential Marketing Lead will be responsible for translating Legrand India's brand and business priorities into high-impact, measurable market execution across Legrand and IndoAsian’s Retail Network, Experience Centres, Influencer ecosystems (retailers, electricians, contractors, etc.), events and exhibitions. The role will build stronger brand presence at retail touchpoints, improve shopper and partner experience, accelerate premiumization and product penetration, and create experiential programs that contribute demonstrably to business outcomes. This is a strategic-plus-execution role: the incumbent must be equally comfortable developing the annual trade/activation strategy, building scalable toolkits and calendars, briefing agencies, negotiating with vendors, and personally driving flawless on-ground execution.
