Competent technical knowledge on Process improvements / developments methodologies Proficient in various manufacturing technologies (plant specific like Force assisted joining and screwing, Welding, Molding, Vision System, Winding, Dispensing etc) Competent knowledge in Engineering drawing, Engineering statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD& T, MSA etc Competent knowledge of standard Digital solutions (MES, etc), Digital Competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence) Knowledge in new proto sample development Qualifications B.E Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Additional information • Proficient networking skills (internal/external) ,analytical & problem solving skills • Proficient in leveraging resources for objectives, Empowering and coaching team for development • Competent in adapting to changing environment and passion towards learning future core and emerging technologies • Competent in delegation, negotiation, conflict management, communication & collaboration skills. • Competent knowledge of Process Audits (IATF, PS/QMM, etc)
