Job description Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. • Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign launches and successful delivery. • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to meet campaign objectives. • Generate campaign reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Work with ad-serving platforms to ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and delivery. • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and operational excellence across all campaigns. • Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously while adhering to timelines and business goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign processes, workflows, and efficiencies. Qualifications Qualification and Skills - 4-5 years of experience required. • Digital Media, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Digital Advertising on the agency or publisher side. • Basic understanding of ad-serving and advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) and DSPs. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clients. • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking. • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. • Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high sense of ownership and accountability. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills • Understanding of digital advertising metrics, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. • Experience in troubleshooting campaign delivery and tracking issues. • Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts and digital media ecosystems.
