Job description • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data in the designated system. • Prepare and post lease-related journal entries in accordance with accounting standards US GAAP/ IFRS/Local GAAP. • Calculate ROUA & lease liability valuation for manual leases. • Perform monthly closing activities related to leases, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. • Prepare and analyze lease-related reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with relevant lease accounting standards (IFRS 16/ASC 842/Local GAAP) • Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary lease information. • Assist with audits and provide documentation as required. • Prior experience of working on SAP S4/ECC or a large ERP platform (Optional) • Expert in advanced Excel and workflow automation to streamline process Qualifications • Experience range 1-3 Years • Graduation in Finance (CA/CMA/ACCA preferred) Skills Required for the role • Financial Accounting knowledge - 50% • Account Reconciliations - 20% • Working in an ERP environment- 20% • Communication skills- 10% Additional information Please be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
