Tech Experience (Years) 6 - 10 years Required Skills: Technical Knowledge on Chillers and Airside products Influencer Management Domain Area: HVAC Duration of Job (Months) Essential Job Responsibilities (Be Specific: This will be displayed for all internal/external postings) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Handling Entire Range of Carrier Commercial Applied Product line – Screw / Scroll Chillers and Airside products. • Developing Business from New Customers Across Andhra Pradesh Market for incremental business • To provide HVAC Solutions specific to CA customers to Build Confidence level thru value engineering. • To conduct knowledge sharing sessions with the new Customers/Channel Partners/Influencers/Consultants/PMC to improve connect. • Business forecasting for inventory management • Overall Receivable Management of Customer/Channel Partners. • Periodically Market Mapping exercise for Business Development and knowledge • Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets • Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments to expand business & generate revenue • Inquiry generation & follow ups, work out tenders/BOQ & Site Visits • undefined EDUCATION PREFERRED: BE / BTech- Mechanical EXPERIENCE PREFERRED : 6-10 years of work experience preferably in the HVAC industry Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set : Good inter-personnel skills Team work Understanding of market Excellent presentation & communication skills. Client / Influencer Relationship skills Enthusiasm to achieve targets. Channel Management.
