For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow Carrier on social media at @Carrier. • About the role: Established professional in Manufacturing Operations. good understanding of assembly, fabrication forming and other manufacturing processes process improvement activities, analyses scheduling and sequencing of work JOB RESPONSIBILITY: • Must have good understanding of assembly, fabrication forming and other manufacturing processes • Must have a good understanding of lean manufacturing and TQM concepts like productivity, efficiency, PPM, process capability, etc. • Required to have ability to handle E-category manpower. • Manage and optimize production performance, including efficiency, productivity, production plan target achievement, communicating quality and material issues • Maintain collaborative relationships with operators(s) while effectively resolving performance/capability issues through close co-ordination with key stakeholders like process engineering, quality, supply chain to ensure alignment with business requirements. • Must have good analytical abilities to assess the production performance one a daily, monthly and annual basis against criteria such as efficiency, labour and material productivity, quality, • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with operators. • Must have good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills for preparing analysis charts and business presentations.
