Account Manager - Paid Social

The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Paid Social campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets. In this role, you will independently manage paid social campaigns from planning and launch through optimisation, reporting and stakeholder communication. You will connect platform decisions to client objectives and guide analysts to deliver accurate work. This role requires strong hands-on paid social expertise, end-to-end campaign ownership and the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations. Role: Account Manager Level: L30 Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. • Develop audience, placement, creative, budget and bidding approaches aligned with campaign goals. • Build prospecting, retargeting and lookalike strategies and oversee campaign setup and quality checks. • Monitor pacing, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate and other agreed KPIs; troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues. • Run structured creative and audience tests and optimise budgets, bids, placements and ads. • Present campaign performance, insights and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders. • Coordinate with creative, analytics and other media teams to support integrated delivery. • Review analyst work, coach junior team members and maintain campaign quality standards. • undefined Knowledge Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Certifications • Relevant platform certifications, such as Meta and LinkedIn advertising, are advantageous. Experience Approximately 4 to 9 years of hands-on paid social experience, including independent campaign or account ownership.
