SAP SD Consultant | Associate/Senior Associate/ Manager Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live. • Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance Greenfield and Brownfield implementations. • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, business blueprinting, solution design, and configuration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions. • Lead functional teams, manage project deliverables, and support testing, cutover, and hypercare activities. • Provide consulting expertise and ensure successful project delivery aligned with SAP best practices. Required Skills • 3–13 years of experience in SAP SD. • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. • Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred • SAP SD/S/4HANA certification. • Experience in implementation or rollout projects. Designation: Associate / Senior Associate / Manager (based on experience) Location: Pan India (Hybrid/Onsite) Mandatory Skill sets: • 2–20 years of SAP FICO consulting experience. • Proven experience in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. • Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, Business Blueprint, Configuration, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare. • Hands-on experience in Greenfield and Brownfield implementations. • Strong functional knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA). • Experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting roles. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skill sets: • SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification and consulting experience with large enterprise transformation programs.
