YOUR MISSION • Own the overall look & feel of eCom on-model shoots • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to OMI style guidelines • Lead the on-set team and act as final decision-maker • Review and approve image selection during and after shoot • Collaborate with Styling, Photography, and Post-Production teams • Maintain efficiency without compromising quality YOUR TALENT • 5+ years in a studio management, production management, or head of studio role — ideally in fashion, sportswear, or e-commerce content production • Direct experience running high-volume pack shot or product on-model photography operations, not just campaign or editorial experience in campaign and editorial shootings is welcome • Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional production crews (10+ people) in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of tethered capture workflows, Capture One, DAM systems, and image retouching pipelines • Experience working with global style guides and brand visuals • Strong understanding of target consumers and business goals, with the ability to translate them into the right visual outcome PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
