Customer Success Manager - Bangalore, India As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Salesforce, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary post-sale partner for a portfolio of customers leveraging Informatica-powered data management and integration solutions. Based in Bangalore, you will manage a global book of business, partnering with enterprise customers across multiple geographies and time zones to drive adoption, maximize value, and ensure long-term success on the Salesforce platform. You will combine deep knowledge of Informatica products (including data integration, data quality, and MDM capabilities), Salesforce platform expertise, and the ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments to deliver tailored success strategies that align with each customer’s unique goals. What you’ll do: • Build and sustain trusted, strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders — from business users to C-suite executives — across global enterprise accounts • Design and execute customized Customer Success Plans aligned to Informatica product adoption milestones and measurable business outcomes • Lead regular success reviews, health checks, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with customers across multiple time zones • Proactively identify adoption risks and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and the Informatica partnership team to resolve them • Act as the voice of the customer — channeling feedback to Product and Partnership teams to influence the Informatica roadmap • Drive renewal readiness by consistently demonstrating and quantifying business value throughout the customer lifecycle • Flexibility to work in rotational or extended shifts to support customers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC time zones as needed • Collaborate with global CSM teams and contribute to the worldwide CSM community of practice What we’re looking for: • 8+ years of experience in data management, with hands-on implementation or presales experience in ETL / data integration, Data Governance, and Master Data Management (MDM) • Proven track record of delivering or architecting enterprise data solutions, including data pipelines, data quality, governance frameworks and master data programs • Knowledge of Informatica products (IDMC/IICS, PowerCenter, Cloud Data Governance & Catalog, MDM, Data Quality) is a strong plus • Familiarity with generative AI and AI agents, and the ability to apply them responsibly in customer engagements • Experience in a customer-facing role (solution consulting, presales, implementation lead or customer success), with the ability to run workshops, solution demos and executive business reviews (EBRs) • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders at global enterprise accounts • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with the confidence to present to international stakeholders • Must be willing to work US shift hours to support customers in the Americas • Experience with global enterprise customers in BFSI, manufacturing, retail, healthcare or IT/ITeS is highly valued • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce certifications (including AI-related ones) is a plus Working Hours: • This role is based out of our Bangalore, India office • Candidates must be flexible to work in AMER Shift - Night shift role.
