OPM Specialist

Introduction Join our Customer Service team as an OPM Specialist and play a key role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, delivery reliability, and an exceptional customer experience. Through effective order management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence, you will help ensure that customers receive the products and support they need while contributing to better health for more people. Based in Bangalore, you will support end-to-end order processing activities, customer service operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities • Validate customer orders, contract terms, pricing, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance • Manage end-to-end order processing activities from order receipt through successful delivery fulfillment • Oversee bonded warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and effective inventory management • Partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to support the smooth execution of customer orders • Monitor delivery performance against established SLAs and KPIs to maintain high service reliability • Analyze and manage order backlogs, identify potential risks, and provide reporting that supports business decisions • Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and escalations promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance metrics to improve business visibility • Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status, delivery commitments, and issue resolution • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and process compliance What will convince us • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline • 6+ years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management • Proven experience managing end-to-end order processing, customer order management, and delivery coordination • Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations, import/export processes, customs regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred • Experience handling customer complaints, escalations, and issue resolution within a customer-facing environment • Strong analytical skills with experience in backlog management, reporting, and operational performance analysis • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) is preferred • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools for MIS preparation and data analysis • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet customer and business commitments • Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
