About Pyramid Our goal is to develop and grow the TII L&D team that is positioned to strategically deliver on the TII learning needs and leadership priorities while continuing to stay aligned with the global HQ priorities and goals. This client + capability aligned structure will prioritize and deliver consistent, high-quality support across key capabilities for Target Role Overview The Sr. L&D Business Partner serves as a strategic learning consultant to the business, identifying capability gaps and designing scalable learning solutions that drive behavior change and measurable business outcomes. The role partners closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and internal/external stakeholders to shape learning strategy and deliver Talent development experiences. Key Responsibilities • Consult with business and senior leaders to diagnose learning and performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions. • Develop short- and long-term learning strategies aligned with business priorities and future capability needs. • Lead end-to-end L&D projects, including design, development of content, facilitation, budgets, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and project teams. • Design and facilitate classroom and virtual learning experiences, particularly skill and behavioral programs. • Measure learning effectiveness, application, and business impact; identify metrics and success stories demonstrating results. • Act as a trusted learning and change-management consultant while building strong relationships across business, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of core L&D experience , spanning needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. • Strong expertise in facilitation, leadership development, leadership offsites, and learning events . • Demonstrated consulting capability, executive presence, business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing, and stakeholder management . • Experience developing scalable and sustainable learning strategies/programs. • Strong project/program management, communication, analytical, and results-orientation skills. • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional learning initiatives from intake and diagnosis through execution and impact measurement.
