About the Role *Pls kindly note this role has no base salary, it's commission based We are looking for a internationally minded Regional Business Development Specialist to drive the expansion of Bybit’s payments ecosystem across EU and emerging global corridors. This role will focus on community building, merchant acquisition, local payment partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives for Bybit Pay, Card, and Fiat channels. The ideal candidate has deep experience in payments, fintech, or crypto, strong local market understanding, and a proven track record of driving regional growth.
