This role focuses on hiring top talent for Engineering, IT, Operations, and other specialized positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber professionals in technical and operational roles. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Engineering, IT, Operations, and other specialized roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs. • Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess technical and cultural fit. • Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency. • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively attract top talent in competitive markets. • Partner with internal teams to create and implement strategies to promote employer branding and improve recruitment processes. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Engineering, IT, Operations, or similar fields. • Strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific hiring practices. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates an
