We're building a brand that sets a new standard for healthcare. We're a small, collaborative team with high standards for craft, bold creative thinking, and a shared ambition to make something complex feel remarkably simple. We're looking for a Brand Designer to help shape Thatch's next chapter. We've built a product people love, and now we're ready to bring that same ambition to our visual identity. You'll develop creative concepts and bring them to life across web, campaigns, events, print, and more, helping define how people see and experience Thatch. What you'll do Shape and evolve Thatch's visual identity, building a distinctive, cohesive brand across every touchpoint. Develop and execute creative concepts across our website, campaigns, digital content, events, print, and more. Own design projects end to end, from early exploration and creative direction through production and launch. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate business goals and complex ideas into compelling creative work. Present and advocate for your ideas, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high bar for craft and consistency. Collaborate with external creative partners when needed, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to how we tell our story. What we are looking for 3–5
