Oracle EBS Domain Leader – Management of Sales & Contracts (MS&C)

As part of the stabilization of the OCM/Oracle eBusiness Suite solution, we are seeking a Domain Leader for Management of Sales & Contracts (MS&C) to strengthen its central team based in France . Key Challenges: • Aligning business needs with technical solutions (Oracle). • Continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction . • International collaboration with remote teams. Key Responsibilities As the MS&C Domain Leader , your responsibilities will include: • Business Advisory & Requirements Framing: Advise business entities, review business requirements, and propose action plans. • OCM core model & Delivery Quality: Ensure consistency in the OCM Core model , improve deliverable quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Specifications & Execution Management: Write specifications, monitor execution, and oversee back-office teams (India). • Advanced Support & Request Management: Provide Tier 3 support , handle incidents, anomalies, and change requests, including complex issues. • Rollout & Change Management: Prepare and support rollout activities and drive change using agile processes. • Traceability & TMA Management: Track progress in JIRA/ServiceNow , monitor TMA, and manage critical issues. Essential Skills & Knowledge • Business Acumen in sales administration and contract management: Ability to understand business needs including financial contract/project management, sales administration, and regulatory aspects ( IFRS15 ). • Technical Writing & Synthesis : Strong writing skills (specifications, manuals and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. • Oracle eBusiness Suite Experience: Proven experience in complex implementations of Project Accounting & Contracts across the full project lifecycle . • Workshop Facilitation & Validation: Ability to lead requirements-gathering workshops , Change Control Boards (CCB) , and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Desired Skills & Knowledge 1. Team Leadership: Experience in supervising interns and subcontractors . 2. Global Collaboration : Experience in collaborating with remote teams in an international environment . • French proficiency: A plus for interactions with French-speaking Teams and with internal customers.
